Getting to the venue:
Free shuttle buses will be departing every 15 minutes from the downtown Roam bus stop on 900 A Railway Ave (behind Downtown Visitor Information Centre) between 8 am and 6 pm on event days.
Parking in the venue:
Competition days: NO PUBLIC PARKING / Limited Volunteer Parking requiring an Event Parking Pass and mandatory Kananaskis Conservation Pass (Parking Lot 4 is designated for Volunteers).
*Please use Shuttle Bus or Carpool.
Non-competition days: Limited parking. An Event Pass is not required, only the mandatory Kananaskis Conservation Pass
Accreditation:
All volunteers need to be accredited for the event. The Accreditation Office is located in the Canmore Nordic Centre’s Daylodge, Main Floor: Meeting Room ‘A’ just to the right of the Front Desk. Plan time for picking up your Accreditation.
